It takes a lot to run a studio and provide quality offerings to our clients and students. 

We try and offer you the best services possible. In order to do that, please be sure that you're booking the correct service and can attend classes, workshops, and be able to use the membership or services in the specified time allotted. We do not offer refunds of classes, memberships, events or workshops purchased. It's your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non use of services are not grounds for a refund. 

Our cancellation policy is aimed to be a preventative measure rather than a penalty. As a boutique studio offering small class sizes, demand for class spots are high, absent no-shows and late cancels are inconsiderate to our teachers, limit other members from participating in classes and is disruptive to our overall Living Divina Community. 

Cancellation Policy for Classes

Late cancellation is a class canceled within 3 hours of the class start time. We understand sometimes an unexpected absence can occur. If your late cancel is less than 3 hours before class begins OR you no-show, you will lose your class credit. To ensure that you do not lose your class credit and it is dropped back into your account, please cancel prior to the 3 hour late cancel window.

The 3 month unlimited membership is a 3 month commitment and the 12 month unlimited membership is a 12 month commitment. No early cancellations or freezing accounts will be allowed. Credits can not be gifted or shared.

Cancellation Policy for Events/Workshops

We have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for events due to the supplies and preparation required. If you are unable to keep your reservation for an event, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event. There are no refunds or credit granted for cancellations within 24 hours of the start of events.

In the case that the event/workshop needs to be canceled due to low registration, you will be contacted immediately and a full refund will be granted (minus the credit card processing fees).

No Call No Show Policy for Classes

If you no call no show to a class you are scheduled to be at, you will be charged a fee of $20. Our instructors prepare for each class and take into consideration each student who is signed up and their individual needs and restrictions. Often times, waitlists are enabled for popular classes and if you do not cancel or show up, you are taking away the opportunity from someone else to enjoy the class. Please be considerate of our instructors and fellow students.
