For a basic understanding of Momence and how to use it to book classes, read this article.


Q: Do I need an account to book a class?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account through Momence. Once you create an account, you’ll be able to easily view our schedule, book classes, and even contact us directly if you have any questions.

Q: How can I add my child to a class with me?

Before adding your child to a class, you will need to add them to your account as your child, learn how to do this here. Then you can register your child for a specific class, here's how.

Q: How do I pay for a friend’s class?

After selecting "Book now" on your desired class, you have the option to reserve multiple spots for the class if you'd like to pay for a friend. See the screenshot below, you will also need to enter in your friends first name, last name, and email.

Q: Does Momence have an app?

Yes! We recommend adding Momence as an app to your phone, as it’s much easier and more intuitive to use as opposed to the desktop version. You can add Momence to your phone or tablet (in app format) or visit the app store to download it.

Q: What is the best way to get in contact with someone at the studio?

The best and quickest way to reach us, is to message us via the inbox in Momence. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Momence App

  2. From home screen click inbox at the bottom of the screen

  3. Select host from top bar

  4. Write a message and hit send

Q: Is my information safe?

Yes, your information is safe with us. We take the security and privacy of your personal information very seriously. We will never sell, share, or trade your personal details with third parties. Any information you provide is used solely to deliver our services and communicate with you.
