Yoga for Coping Through Perimenopause and Menopause

The ever-changing seasons as our hormones evolve with age, have left many of us at a loss on how to manage, let alone cope with our bodies. In addition to realizing there is a long list of physical and psychological symptoms we experience during this transition, some of us are left wondering when does this change even begin.

Perimenopause can start as early as age 35 and there are up to 34 symptoms we experience! It is incredibly confusing to even wrap your mind around these changes and feels so isolating when you are processing what this means for your body and overall well being.

This workshop has been curated to equip you with the tools to ease the discomfort, balance hormones, be in community, and remember you are not alone.
