Dive into the healing and meditative power of crystal singing bowls during a sound bath soul care night!

It is our joy to welcome dedicated practitioner of yoga and sound healing, Natalie Kollmann of Soul Journal Movement, to bring her gifts to our space. Natalie is passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of sound, meditation, and breathing techniques to achieve a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. Sound is the fastest way to activate every cell in our body; studies have shown it to directly benefit our mental processes, heartbeat, adrenals, digestive, circulatory and nervous systems. During a sound healing, expect to take a few gentle stretches and settle into a supported resting position to enjoy the sounds of a variety of instruments and techniques that will be sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated and renewed.

In addition to sound healing, Alana Oelschlager of Forever + A Day permanent jewelry will be offering zapped jewelry! Alana will offer beautiful silver or gold custom fit bracelets, anklets, and necklaces. You get to choose your chain style and length along with any charms. Alana will place a small, painless micro weld within the chain, resulting in a claspless, permanent piece of jewelry. There is also an option to add connectors to any piece to make it removable with a clasp for those who would love that option instead!

To wind down the night, you can enjoy a chair massage by Melissa Olson and light refreshments.
